The Fox Theater Foundation is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to guide two of Bakersfield’s most

beloved historic landmarks - the iconic Historic Bakersfield Fox Theater and the Historic Nile Theater!

This is a rare opportunity to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and community impact for:

• The beautifully restored 1,500-seat Fox Theater (including the intimate Eva’s lounge)

• The Historic Nile Theater, originally opened in 1906 and now being restored as a vibrant 700-capacity

live music and performance venue

Position Highlights:

• Salary range: $100,000 – $160,000 per year

• Full-time, exempt with competitive benefits and discretionary bonus

• Drive programming, fundraising, operations, and historic preservation

If you’re a passionate arts leader with strong nonprofit or venue management experience, excellent fundraising
